Annual policies are available to cover Contract Works, Own And Hired in Plant as well as Employees Tools. Traditionally placed together with Liability Insurances, CLM have binding arrangements that sit alongside our liability facilities, allowing quick response and placement of CAR or plant insurances.

Single Project
For large construction projects often the best method of insurance is to insure the project itself.  Cobra London Market's brokers have access to all markets in London that provide this cover.  

High Risk Contractors All Risks and Plant Facility
CLM's High Risk Contractors All Risks and Plant Facility is a new facility launched in February 2008 designed to offer competitive premiums for the smaller, medium to high risk construction sector.
