Our claims team will be provide you with the correct claims form for completion and appoint loss adjusters or specialist claims professionals where appropriate. In addition we will conduct claims negotiations on your behalf face to face with insurers.

Liability, Contractors All Risk & Property Claims

Professional Indemnity and other Financial Lines

Many Professional Indemnity claims will need the involvement of solicitors or other professionals to deal with and finalise matters. Our team below will arrange the appointment of such professionals in conjunction with underwriters.

Loss Adjusters/Claims Specialists
A loss adjuster/claims specialist may be nominated to investigate your client's claim on an insurer's behalf.  The loss adjuster will aim to deal with all claims as follows:
  • In a technically competent, courteous, prompt, economic and effective manner
  • To keep customers informed
  • To ensure prompt settlement once claim agreed
